Our mission is to provide simple, accurate, and free tools to help employees understand their statutory rights and financial entitlements.

GratuityCalc was started as a project to help expats in the UAE and employees in India estimate their final settlements without needing to navigate complex legal documents or official ministry tools that can be difficult to use.

We strictly follow official government guidelines (MOHRE for UAE and the 1972 Act for India) and update our calculators every time a law changes.
